Different ways to say yes or no:

Yes: 

• Absolutely
• Certainly
• Definitely
• Of course
• I think so / I would say so

No: 

• Not at all
• I don’t think so
• Not really
• Unfortunately not

Discourse markers we have learnt last time: 

Short ones: 

• Actually
• Well
• Honestly
• Personally

Long ones:

• I suppose you could say that 
• To be honest / To be perfectly honest with you / If I’m being completely honest
• As a matter of fact (good chunking)
• The fact of the matter is (good chunking)

Those used in the middle of a sentence (generally):

• You know
• I suppose
• I guess
